Øivind «Elg» Elgenes is a Norwegian vocalist, guitarist and songwriter. Øivind grew up in Kristiansund with Lynni Treekrem and Frode Alnæs. Øivind  and Frode formed the famous music band "Dance with a Stranger".  Øivind sings duet with me on Moments, a wonderful country ballade.

BØRGE PETERSEN-ØVERLEIR

Børge Petersen-Øverleir (born February 3, 1967 on Hemnesberget) is a Norwegian guitarist, raised in Korgen and Bodø, early active in heavy rock, self-taught in jazz centered around the Ad Lib Jazz Club in Bodø. He has appeared on several record releases, including with Henning Gravrok and Tore Johansen, and in the trio with Tore Johansen and Arild Andersen. Other collaborations have been on records and tours with, among other things. Anita Skorgan, Kari Bremnes, Bjørn Eidsvåg, Halvdan Sivertsen, Søyr, Karoline Krüger, Ketil Bjørnstad, Kine Hellebust, Maria Solheim and Jørn Hoel. He has also been a record producer for Eva Trones' releases of Terje Nilsen's children's songs. He has been a regular guitarist in the Beat for Beat band since 2013. JØRUN BØGEBERG

Jørun Bøgeberg (born May 4, 1958) is a Norwegian bassist, guitarist, songwriter and singer. He became known as a member of Junipher Greene from 1978 to 1983. He released his first record Songs From the Pocket in 1996 and in 2006 came the sequel Basstard. He has also played with a-ha and in bands such as Road, 1st Revolution Orchestra, Flax, Four Roosters, Tenants and Gone at Last.
Jørun  plays bass with color and punch on Moments, Before the wind, The way I used to, Last love, Prisoner of time, Hostage in a dream.

PAOLO VINACCIA

Biography
He has worked with artists such as Terje Rypdal, Bendik Hofseth, Jan Eggum, Lillebjørn Nilsen, Anne Grete Preus, Knut Reiersrud and Jonas Fjeld. He toured and made recordings with Palle Mikkelborg, Mike Mainieri, Jon Christensen and David Darling, besides tours and recordings with Arild Andersen.
Vinaccia contributed on more than 100 albums. He was awarded the Gammleng Prize in the "studio" class in 1997.
Vinaccia was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2009. He died on July 5, 2019, age 65. I feel humbled and honored to have him on this recording. He plays drums with passion on Moments, Before the wind, The way I used to, Last love, Prisoner of time, Hostage in a dream and you can hear his mystical voice on Sound of Freya.

ANITA BOUCHT

Anita writes beautiful lyrics about life, about hope and about love. Several of the songs on the album are above her lyrics. She was the one who inspired me to making this album.  You should really listen to more of her beautiful written lyrics.
Anita has wrote the lyrics to United Hearts, Hostage in a dream, Before the wind, Last love, The way I used to, Prisoner of time and of course - Moments!

PIERA JOVNNA SOMBY

Piera is a wonderful percussionist. I made the song Sound of Freya over his released triphop joik. We have played together at different concerts. His Sami musical background and joik and gives a musical power into the Sound of Freya, where I have put my song and lyrics over.

HANS ULVIKEN

Hans is my good friend and regular bass player. He is highly skilled. We have played a lot together on smaller and larger events. Hans plays bass on Feather in the wind.

JON-EGIL RAMSLIE

Jon-Egil Ramslie is a highly skilled guitarist who plays on my song Feather in the Wind where ha also plays harmonica!
